Our family harvest raw organic honey from Ligurian bees which forage on the Island’s abundance of native flora, rich in Melaleuca, Mallee and Tea Tree. We cold extract from wooden hives, then lightly sieve, to ensure we preserve the natural enzymes and retain the antioxidants and antibacterial properties of our honey.

We organically grow medicinal flowers and herbs which are hand crafted into salves & soaps with beeswax, propolis and wild harvest olive oil. With the surplus wax we make beeswax candles.
