Pure Beeswax, Classic Pillar Candles are lovingly handcrafted in the foothills of High Country Victoria.
Traditional in shape, Pillar Candles have a long burn time, provide a beautiful warm light with a steady flame. Each Pillar candle is made from 100% Australian Beeswax with a lead free cotton wick.
Approximate burn time of each 24cm x 8cm Pillar candle is 95 hours.
How to get the most out of your Beeswax Candles: Like all of us, these beeswax candles will benefit from a hug. To hug a candle, wait until the candle has been burning for long enough to warm up and soften the outer wax around the melt pool of the candle. You can then very gently with care, push the soft wax at the edge of the candle in slightly toward the flame. This ensures that there is very little wax wastage when you get to the end of your candle.
It is recommended to burn Beeswax candles for long intervals of time at each burn. Wait for the melt pool to reach the edge of the candle before extinguishing. To extinguish, dunk wick into wax with a flame resistant tool and straighten wick ready for next use.
N.B. As each candle is made by hand, appearance may vary slightly to photograph. Colour of Beeswax may also vary from season to season depending on the type of plants from which the Bees have collected their nectar and pollen.
WARNING *Remove all labels and packaging before lighting. *Always place candle on a level, heat and flame resistant plate and surface while candle is in use. *Never leave a lit candle unattended. *Never move a lit candle. *Always keep lit candles away from children and pets. *Always keep lit candles away from furniture, furnishings and curtains. *Always keep lit candles away from drafts and open windows.
