Delicate looking herb with magnificent flavour - the sweetest in our trials; Leaves are fine, succulent and blue green. Excels as a fresh leaf herb, edible and cut flower and high yielding edible seed variety. Popular addition to sauces, salads, and soup.
Early flowering plants produce tall stems loaded with large chartreuse umbels that are 110-210mm across, making Bouquet the preferred dill for cut flower use and pickling. Flowers attract beneficial insects.
Edible Flowers: The flowers are used to garnish potato salad, green salads, and pickles. When broken into florets, they can be mixed into a cheese spread or omelet.

From the time the seed sends out its first roots, it is encouraged to access minerals and nutrients using feeder roots and to form complex symbiotic relationships. It is nurtured throughout its life by focusing on the health of the whole ecosystem to maintain the balance within the individual plant. By using photosynthesis to accesses nutrients and build cells, the full nature of the plant’s expression has been guided by sunlight.
