Giant dark green, flat leaves bursting with robust flavour on strong upright stems, . The plant is bushy, a vigorous grower and quite hardy in Southern Victoria. In addition to the culinary quality, Italian parsley will eventually develop tall stems that bear clusters of tiny, yellow-green flowers with an intoxicatingly subtle fragrance - sought after by beneficial insects and great fillers in mixed bouquets.

By using photosynthesis to accesses nutrients and build cells, the full nature of the plant’s expression has been guided by sunlight.
