Salt Gang - Soy Sauce
Heady and aromatic, this combined soy is a punchy burst of deep spiced flavour without any chilli heat.
A common condiment in Sichuan Province, this is premium soy fortified with over 14 spices, garlic, and homegrown bay, blended with rice wine and a pinch of unrefined sugar. We then infuse for hours at very low heat. The result is a complex soy sauce that will sweep you off your feet.
It shines in stir frys and over noodles, use it in a salad dressing or dipping sauce. Give any stew or soup an undefinable boost umami, shake over scrambled eggs and rice for an instant comfort meal.
We use it in everything for a deep dark romantic kick. As one of our favourite customers Anna said— ‘it makes me think I can cook’.
