Like a good wine, our apple cider vinegar has been beautifully aged in French oak. Each bottle retains the ‘mother’ ensuring our vinegar continues to mature in the bottle, allowing you to enjoy maximum flavour and benefit.
Crafted using the Orleans method of producing apple cider vinegar. A slow-made process of fermentation using traditional methods and French oak, yielding a naturally stable vinegar that doesn’t need preservatives or sulfites. This lengthy ageing process allows for a fuller, richer flavour profile and retaining ‘the mother’ further develops the flavour after bottling.
